A clear 8 × 8 ft area is ideal. We’ll confirm the exact footprint and power access with you before your event so setup feels effortless.

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your booked start time. Setup and teardown are handled outside your booth-time window.

Absolutely. Your photo overlay and welcome screen can be tailored to your colours, names, date, or company branding.
